The design studio is the creative hub of our business, the atmosphere is always upbeat and bubbly, we like to discuss ideas in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, yes we can work to deadlines and projects are always handled in a very professional manner but we enjoy our work and find that a happy design office is also a creative office.

Our senior partners Jeremy Salt and Roger Bullock have a combined total of 50 years experience between them; at the other end of the scale is Chloe Salt, she is the youngest member of our team, Chloe is our undergraduate designer, studying for an Honours Degree in Landscape and Garden Design.

We also employ a number of freelance designers and craftsmen on a regular basis, for example, it is now ten years since Jeremy and Roger joined forces with Darren and his bricklaying team to work on the Country Life Centenary Garden at Chelsea.
